NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (July 6, 2017) Katherine “Kathy” McRill-Fellini, widow of Robert “Bobby” McRill, smiles as Sailors that had been assigned with McRill recall stories and memories of their time together after a ceremony to promote McRill to honorary Chief Petty Officer. McRill was killed-in-action during Operation Iraqi Freedom on July 6, 2007, by an improvised explosive device.
