Textile industry. Laboratory worker in a protective suit preparing dyes at a textile factory. Samples of the dyes are seen in the conical flasks. Around 10 to 20 grams of dye powder are used to dye 120 kg of fabric. The dyes need to be resistant to machine washing and bleaching by sunlight. This factory, run by the French company Devanlay, is producing clothing for the Lacoste company. Lacoste, founded in 1933, is one of the world's major clothing, garment and footwear companies.
