Stuard Smith tie down the salvaged crew compartment from a C-5 Galaxy onto another C-5 for transport to Robins Air Force Base, Ga., Aug. 22. The flight deck from the C-5 that crashed April 3 will be used as a simulator to help train and test aircrews.
