Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Vincent E. Buggs, incoming commander, 364th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), returns the Colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Michael T. Boyd, signifying the confidence that the commander places in the noncommissioned officer corps and the command sergeant major's first act of allegiance, during a change of command ceremony held July 1, 2018 at the Marysville Armed Forces Reserve Center. Buggs, a native of Bossier City, Louisiana, is a 28-year Army veteran and a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
