It is larg-e, solid and smooth; has the right color for the Chicago mar- ket, and makes the evenest, handsomest show in the tomato box of any we have. We think it better than Acme, Essex Hybrid or Beauty, and that is as much as we need say of any tomato. Leonard's Early Market. This fine new tomato is absolutely the best and smooth- est of any of the extra early sorts. It is ready to sell 5 to 10 days ahead of the others, and for those who desire a real early tomato, it is highly recommended. In color it is a bright red; has a compara- tively smooth surface. The vine is strong and the fruits set close. It is quite pro- ductive, and offers chances for money making to all gardeners who can get it in and out of the way before the Acme and other main crop varieties are of- fered. The Honor Bright. This is a remarkable red variety. The color of the fruit when fully ripe is a rich, bright red, but before reaching this stage it undergoes several interesting changes. First it is light green, then an attractive waxy white, then lemon changing to red. It is one of the most attractive and handsome varieties grown, and well adapted for home use and market, and on account of its solidity and long keeping qualities, it is especially recommended for shipping. ^Livingston's Magnus.
