Romain Olivier who was chosen best cheese maker in all of France. holding a 18th months old mature Minolette cheeses, the only cheese produced in France, at the small family business owed by the 5th generation of the Olivier family at Boulogne sur mer ( Boulogne on sea) in northern France. They produce cheeses and store them in underground cellars. One of their speciality cheese not sold anywhere else in France is, Vieux Boulogne and Mimolette. The shop also exports a lot of its cheeses to many countries.
