Dozens of UK tamils protest in London demanding British support for a UN inquiry into alleged war crimes against Tamils as their separatist uprising was crushed, killing over 40,000 people. The Sri Lankan government is against such an inquiry saying that the Tamil Tigers were a "terrorist" organisation.
