FORT LEE, Va. -- Command Sgt. Maj. Samuel Miles, 262nd Quartermaster Battalion CSM, sings the “Army Song” with his troops in the background during the closing ceremony of Fort Lee’s Army Birthday Run June 14. Well over 1,500 troops – including Airmen from the 345th Training Squadron, Marines from MCD-Fort Lee, medical personnel from Kenner Army Health Clinic, garrison support staff and others – participated in the event that concluded with remarks from Command Sgt. Maj. Nathaniel Bartee, Combined Arms Support Command CSM.
