An antique church and alittle fort of 11 guns, called Conception, addto the scenic beauty of the picture, whenviewed from the sea. Tourists will probablyspoil this lovely town before the end ofanother decade, but at present it is a quiver-ing page of romance. Of the facilities for transportation in thispart of Puerto Rico, it may be said that theyare either extremely good or extremely former condition prevails generally inthe valleys, and the latter among the hills.
