Army Spc. Ignacio Rosario immunizes a goat with the help of local Pokot herders during a medical, civil and veterinarian assistance project as part of exercise Natural Fire in Chemeril, Kenya, on Aug. 15, 2006. The exercise consists of military-to-military training as well as medical, veterinary, and engineering civic affairs programs conducted in rural areas throughout the region.
