Johnston, Senior Enlisted Leader of Navy Operational Support Center Battle Creek, and Shaw, President of Battle Creek-Kalamazoo Navy League of the United States attend the presidential wreath laying ceremony. This day would be the 104th birthday of President Gerald R. Ford. Before congressional appointment as president, Ford served in the Navy from 1942 to 1946.
