Key West, Florida (June, 22, 2018) Sailors assigned to the "Pukin' Dogs” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 143 pepare an F/A-18E for a training sortie at Boca Chica Field Friday. The squadron, from Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia, is on detachment to Naval Air Station Key West for the Strike Fighter Advanced Readiness Program. Key West is a state-of-the-art facility for air-to-air combat fighter aircraft of all military services and provides world-class pierside support to and foreign naval vessels.
