Oak Harbor, WA (Nov. 10, 2016) Rear Adm. Kyle J. Cozad, commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Group, presents Capt. Brett W. Mietus with the Legion of Merit medal during a change of command ceremony held at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Robert W. Patrick releived Capt. Brett W. Mietus as Wing Ten Commodore during the ceremony. Wing Ten is responsible for the training, maintenance and administrative support of its assigned VP and VQ squadrons.
