The lioness can never miss an opportunity to show dominance! While resting in the shade of a Camel Thorn during the heated daytime of the Kgalagadi desert a herd of Blue Wildebeest moved past in search of water. The lioness rapidly responded to the movement and frightened the Wildebeest by charging it leaving a cloud of dust. The lioness never intended to kill but to show its dominance. What a lovely scene. South Africa.
