St Cwyfans Church Church in the Sea, Anglesey, North Wales,


Church of St Cwyfan, Known as the church in the sea was built in the 1100s one and a half miles inland. Coastal erosion has caused the church to be surrounded by the sea. A protective wall was built in 1893 by Mr Harold Hughes.
