Rockwell Green, Wellington, Somerset, UK. 5th November 2021. A hairdresser has created a mural of the UK's prime minister out of waste hair from pandemic cuts as both a thank you to the PM and a celebration of her industry. Davinia Fox, from Rockwell Green, Somerset, made the 5ft () by 3ft () artwork on the floor of her salon. During her 26 year hairdressing career in London and Somerset, she said she felt her profession was not as valued as it should be. Davinia made the mural with half a black sack of different coloured hair which she swept up without her clients knowing. She then took two days off work to complete the hairy hirsute artwork, putting in 16 hours of work on it. Ms Fox said: "I would really love it if Boris could see a photograph of it or if he would like to come down to see it in person, that would be great."
