Designed by Amandine Carrette they provide an elegant, playful and modern setting in which raw materials including wood, stone, steel and glass are expertly combined. Jean-Michel Carrette and his wife Amandine acquired the property previously run by Michel and Henriette Carrette Jean-Michel’s parents whose work had garnered a Michelin star in 1999. They work to continue this family tradition of hospitality driven by a desire to create a property which reflects their values - a dynamic, welcoming, inviting place, displaying a love of nature and real concern for the environment.
