Diameter, 3y., inches. 218—RoBixs-EGG SorFFLB (Chicn-limg) Conventional form with pronounced taper and very slightly re-curving at the foot. Exhibits the curious glaze in a markedlyeven distribution, a great deal of deep blue intermingling withthe robins-egg green; of unctuous surface and dull luster. Height, 41/2 inches. 219—Smali. Turquoise Bottle (Chie»-hnig). Ovoid, with short, straight with a luminous glaze of deli-cate turquoise-blue, minutely crackled. Height, -tVa incites. 220- Wi Be -Pair Exquisite(Yung Cheng) Ovoid body on Hat foot, with gentlysloping, almost flat shoulder, and tall,slender, graceful neck. In the pasteis lightly incised a decoration ofdragons and leaf scrolls, the wholebeing covered witli a glaze of the char-acteristic Yung-cheng white and deli-cately beautiful. Underneath the foot,penciled in blue within the blue doublering: Ta-ching Yung-chcng nien-chih(^lade in the reign of Yung-cheng ofthe great Ching dynasty—the dynasty recently dethroned). ?219 Height, 4% inches. 221—Paee MrsTARD-YEixow Bottle (Chicn-htng) Globular, with tubular neck, on a short foot, the shoulder definedby a low molding. Coated with a light glaze in the bright yellowof flowering mustard-seed, embodying a pin-head and fish-roecrackle with a slightly larger crackle beneatli the rim.
