Friday June 15th, 2012. Nik Wallenda’s history-making 550 meter tightrope walk across Niagara Falls ended in success last night. The 33 year-old seventh-generation member of the “Flying Wallendas” completed his daredevil stunt 60 meter above the gorge of the Horseshoe Falls.


Friday June 15th, 2012: To Night at PM Nik Wallenda’s history-making 550 meter tightrope walk across Niagara Falls ended in success last night. The 33 year-old seventh-generation member of the “Flying Wallendas” completed his daredevil stunt 60 meter above the gorge of the Horseshoe Falls starting his walk in the and ending it in Canada; it took him 40 minutes. This historic high wire walk cost Wallenda an estimates million US dollars to complete. There were approx. people on hand and another 100 million watching him on TV. “ The heavy mist was definitely a challenge” said Nik afterwards. He is the first man in history to cross the famous Horseshoe Fall in Ontario; Canada.
