These two boatloads made the total so far imported this season through the port of New York 23,160 cases. A comparison of these figures with those of the total Dutch bulb imports through this port in the last two years shows that we have re- ceived practically the season's supply. Whatever additional shipments are re- ceived from now on may be counted as surplus. Of the size of this, advance notices have given no definite informa- tion, although it is well understood that this season's crop is a good one and cancellations of European orders have been numerous.
