Perhaps when our fellow-graduates learn that the editorialsand other parts of this paper were written at a weeks notice,they will forgive the senseless and very unliterary style in whichthey are written. We are sorry to begin with an apology, butwill have to do so under the circumstances, and hope that youwill deal gently with us and we will all look forward to betterthings in the future, when our graduates shall have had thebenefit of the higher education to which our standard is beingraised every year, to say nothing of the development of thebody in that new gymnasium which is now a reality and not athing of the future.
