Three of thesesuites are on the first floor, and are separated fromthe hall and rooms previously described by a thickwall running from the front to the rear of the buildingin both stories, so that the east half may be effectivelyisolated from the other rooms near the main entranceand those above it. There is a door at each end ofthe main hall and corridor, opening through the divi-sion-wall into two other halls on the east side, eachhaving a fireplace.
