Brighton, UK. 11th Sep, 2014. Andrew Kay tells Kate Alleston [Graze Restaurant] she is out of time as she makes her case for her wine. 10 Sussex Winemakers, vintners and restauranteurs have 3 minutes each to make their case for the wine they have brought along for the audience to sample in Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival's "Make your Case" Punk Wine tasting. Wines are sampled blind and presenters can't mention the grape, price, or country of origin, relying instead on wit, eloquence, comedy and even poetry to win the audience's votes.
