As part of Pride week, Alternative Queer Ulster and the Green Party invited members from the LGBT community to talk about the issues that they feel are not addressed in Government and in society as a whole. The event held at Parliament buildings, Stormont, was attended by members of the Alliance and the UUP parties. Ryan McMillan spoke about Arlene Foster’s speech a few weeks back and discussed his Christian beliefs as a gay man, and how his own Church rejected him. His message was ''Your Faith is my Faith''.
