Com-mencing at the corner of King and Bathurst streets, railway tracks would be constructed down Bathurst concrete foundations, at $59,374 ; Mo. 3, including theconstruction of an avenue 8q feet wide and two 12 foot ,plank sidewalks on each side of roadway, also a doubleline of street railway tracks in the centre, rails laid onconcrete, is given as $187,131.
