Nusfjord is one of the oldest and best preserved fishing villages in Norway. It is located on Flakstadøya Island, in the Lofoten Archipelago, above the Arctic Circle, in Norway. Nusfjord was designated by UNESCO in 1975 as a pilot project to preserve traditional Norwegian architecture.
