Timothy “” White, commander of Fleet Cyber Command/ 10th Fleet (FCC/C10F), meets with midshipmen at FCC/C10F headquarters to discuss the Navy Information Warfare Community and his experiences as a Naval officer. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to Strategic Command and Cyber Command. 10th Fleet is the operational arm of Fleet Cyber Command.
