Roll Call—The roll was called by F. B. Madden, Secretary ofthe last Conference and 136 brethren answered to their names. Secretary Elected—M. N. English, Royal W. Ennis and A. were placed in nomination for Conference Secretary. RobertStephens, at the request of the Bishop, appointed the following astellers: M. G. Coleman, J. J. Dugan, J. S. Mulcahy. Walter Mitch-ell, J. F. McAnnally and Leo Howard. On the third ballot A. was elected. M. N. English, W. D. Fair
