Hard work opening the locks at Cairnbaan on the Crinan Canal in the sweltering heat. The Crinan Canal is 9 miles long and is situated in the west of Scotland between Ardrishaig on Loch Gilp with the Sound of Jura at Crinan. It's operated by Scottish Canals and provides a navigable route between the Clyde and the Inner Hebrides.
