Figures painted in black and red, on rock surface. is composed of a group of animals, a stag with four deeraround him, a bull and an eland. The colour in all casesis red. The most interesting of these frescoes is composedof a group of ten human figures—nine women and oneman—arranged in a row, the man in the middle with fivewomen on one side, and four on the other. Black pre-dominates in the colouring, though a certain amount ofred is introduced. No facial features are shown. Themans body is little more than a series of lines with a dotfr)r the head. Their bodies are narrowwaisted, with skirts reaching to the knees, and a kind ofmantle over the shoulders. The attitudes, though some-what chaotic, are suggestive of a dance ^ i^^S- H^)- About three miles from the town
