USAG CAMP HUMPHREYS, Korea – Maj. Gen. Patrick J. Hermesmann (left), commander of Marine Corps Forces Korea, awards Capt. Thomas K. Seo, MARFORK assistant current operations officer, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for outstanding performance of duty during his time with the unit here, June 13.
