Members of Team Whiteman participate in the E-Cycle Blast Plus class at the fitness center on Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Jan. 30, 2017. The class challenges the upper and lower body with resistance, interval and flat ride training to a variety of music. The plus class includes an extra 15 minutes of core work at the end of the class.
