Dovecot. Chateau de Crevecoeur, Crevecoeur-en-Auge, Normandy, France. The dovecot, dates back to the 15th century, and housed pigeons. The Chateau complex, which comprises several timber framed and stone buildings, was founded in the 11th century. Buildings such as the donjon, workshops and chapel, were later used as farm buildings. The Schlumberger Foundation owns the Chateau, and has restored the buildings.
