1st Lt. Brian Teachout, signal officer, 16th Sustainment Brigade, performs buddy aid on a simulated casualty during the 21st Theater Sustainment Command Best Warrior Competition, July 11. Teachout claimed the title as 21st TSC's top officer during the command's 2017 Best Warrior event. He will now go onto compete and represent Team 21 at the Army Europe level competition in August.
