Machinist’s Mate 1st Class Jonathan Medina, a technical trainer assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, demonstrates how the self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) equipment functions with Officer Development School (ODS) class 21060 students during firefighting training, June 30.
