Cromarty Lighthouse at the coast town of Cromarty on the Black Isle in Ross & Cromarty, Highland Region, Scotland


Built in 1846 to mark the entrance to the Cromarty Firth it was decommissioned in 2006. The keeper’s cottage is used as a field station by the University of Aberdeen Zoology Department.
