The Grenfell Inquiry is ongoing this year in the attempt to find who is to blame and if a crime was committed. The fire spread primarily due to the flammable material contained in the cladding. Health and Safety executives give their witness and assessments. The posters say everything about the communities grief. Over 70 people died in the fire said to be one of the worst incidents of its kind in London for decades.
