Oxone (patentof Drs. Foersterling and Philipp) is a fusedperoxide of sodium which delivers in coii-venient form pure oxygen for use by physi-cians, for laboratories, for calcium light ap-paratus and other devices. A notable product brought out by Roess-ler & Hasslacher during 1911 was a seriesof triple salts known by the trade-markedname, Trisalyt, compositions of copper,zinc, gold, and silver, with cyanide, usedfor electro-plating. Its employment both. Perth Amboy Chemical Works etc., and in 1910 created the Enamel Com-pany of America, succeeded lately by theStibium Products Company, which manu-factures leukonin (an antimoniate of soda),used by enamelers, and other antimonyproducts. Since 1910 the large interests ofRoessler & Hasslacher in Mexico have beenrepresented by the Mexican Roessler &Hasslacher Chemical Addi-tional developments of the year of 1910 in-cluded an association with Dr. L. H. Baeke-land, and others, in the formation of theGeneral Bakelite Company, having a factoryat Perth Amboy, N. J. Of especial significance has been Roess-ler & Hasslachers production of supplemented their peroxide of sodi-um with the peroxides and perborates ofother metals, hydrogen peroxide etc. Thus simplified and improved the manipulation ofthe plating bath.
