1007293857R-004 ANNAPOLIS, Md. (July 29, 2010) The Naval Academy Band stands in formation in front of historic Bancroft Hall before performing morning colors. The band performs at morning colors weekly during the warmer months of the academic year and plebe summer. Plebe summer is a physically and mentally demanding six-week process designed to transition the new class of students from civilian to midshipman life.
