CHESAPEAKE, Va. (Aug. 18, 2017) Electrician's Mate (Nuclear) 3rd Class Dustin Erb, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69)(Ike), cleans up Oak Grove Park in Chesapeake, Va. during a community relations event with Ike's training department. Ike is preparing for a Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard during the maintenance phase of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP).
