Pkt. 10c, PHILIPS' AMERICAN SICKLE. ^ The American Sickle Bean we reguard far ahead of all other Pole Beans, it has proven to those who have tried it to be superior to all other green podded Pole Beans. It is fit for the table by Aug. 1, which is at least ten days earlier than any other sort. Vines vigorous, climbing well and very product- ive, handsome silvery green pods 6 to 9 inches long hanging in great clusters from top to bottom of the pole. The handsome long pods are almost entirely string- less, and perfect in shape which are very fleshy and are of a superb quality.
