A woman in a green hat holds a small Irish flag during the 28th Saint Patrick's Day parade in Omotesando, Tokyo, Japan. Sunday March 12th 2023. The parade is the largest and oldest St Patrick's Day event in Asia and returned this year after a 3 year hiatus caused by the Coronavirus. It was apart of a 2 day "I love Ireland" cfestival with food, music and other cultural events in nearby Yoyogi park.
