Fab is the most decorated player-coach in British basketball history. His coaching career which began in Newcastle in 2001-02 spans 9 years and 13 trophies including 5 league titles, 5 championship playoffs, 5 BBL Trophies and 2 BBL Cup victories. Born In New York he grew up in the Bronx before going to college in Texas. Upon graduating he starting his career in the UK at Birmingham before continuing on to play a year at Sheffield before obtaining British citizenship and arriving at Newcastle. Known as a perfectionist with an enormous will to win Fab’s ability to overcome pain is legendary. He once even popped his own dislocated finger into place during a game and last year overcame a serious health scare when diagnosed with pneumonia. Despite being hospitalized for 9 days he was still back on court 6 weeks later. Fab is the third all time in BBL history in blocked shots and 6th all time in rebounding.
