NORFOLK (March 29, 2017) Cmdr. Brandy McNabb, the commanding officer at Naval Consolidated Brig, speaks at the aircraft carrier USS George Washington's (CVN 73) women's history month observance event. McNabb and four other officers participated in the first all-female E-2C Hawkeye combat mission, Jan. 25, 2012. George Washington is homeported in Norfolk preparing to move to Newport News, Virginia for the ship’s refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) maintenance.
