Caffè Fiorio is a historic and typical coffee of Turin, located in the central Via Po. It was a frequent meeting of the nobles at the time of the Restoration and later of the major intellectuals and politicians of the Risorgimento, among the others the Count of Cavour, Urbano Rattazzi, Cesare Balbo, Massimo d'Azeglio.
