Oval cartouche with Hercules and the Ketenzian Bull, Johannes of Lucas van Doetechum, after Hans Vredeman de Vries, 1565 - 1571 print Hercules, standing next to a tree, the Cretan bull with its left hand. A bow runs over the cartouche, decorated with leaf motifs, which is worn by two female Hermen. From series of title page + 16 magazines with cartouches or architecture fantasies with a performance in a frame of grotes' with fable being, animals, garlands, trophies and mascarons.
