Spain, Janovas: aerial view of the village under reconstruction. All that remained of this ancient village in the Aragonese Pyrenees were ruins: the village was evacuated in the 60s for the construction of a dam that never took place. After many years of legal wrangling, the surviving inhabitants and their heirs have obtained restitution of the looted properties. Today, amidst the ruins, some fifteen owners are rebuilding the village.
