ISAAC N. BARTRAM, Of Sharon, was Senator from the Nineteenthdistrict in 1889, and is a prominent citizen ofSharon. He was born at Redding in 1839, andreceived a common school and academic edu-cation at Redding Ridge Academy. He hadfour years experience in the House, havingbeen a member of that body in 1868, 1872,1876, and 1887, and served among others onthe State Prison Committee, and the Committeeon Roads and Bridges and Insurances. Heremoved to Sharon from Redding in 1864, andhas held the offices of Selectman, and TownTreasurer there. He has been an architect andbuilder. Mr. Bartram is a Democrat. :;!. ALBERT M.
