MUSCAT, Oman — Maj. Brian Sayer, 35th Engineer Brigade, Task Force Spartan, shares with Omani Soldiers methods to determine the size of a possible improvised explosive devices (IEDs) they located during a multi-day training event. The training also gave the Omani soldiers an opportunity to demonstrate the use of equipment they use to counter the threat posed by IED.
