More than 18,000 military personnel are providing humanitarian assistance in Southwest Asia after a magnitude earthquake on Dec. 26, 2004, triggered devastating tsunamis that killed over 250,000 people in the Maintenance personnel work around the clock so that the jets can fly their many missions in association with the Combined Support Force effort being conducted throughout Southern Asia. 12 countries were ravaged by huge waves from a tsunami last week that killed thousands and displaced even more.
